Working on groundwork to ensure everyone has tools to keep themselves and their horses safe then moving on to ridden work. Those who want to get safe or are new to horsemanship can work on the basics and building confidence - for those that have the basics working consistently and correctly can take things to a more advanced stage and everyone can be tasked/challenged according to where them and their horses are at.
